When you'd use this

Check here to find your Company ID when setting up an integration, or to confirm whether your company is enrolled in the private preview program.

Steps

  1. In the Workbench sidebar, click Settings.

  2. Under Workspace, click Company.

  3. The page displays the following fields:

    • Company ID — the unique identifier for your company, used in API calls and connector configuration.

    • Name — your company's display name.

    • Status — whether your company account is active.

    • System Company — whether this workspace is Nezasa's own. No for every customer workspace.

    • Private preview program — whether your company is enrolled to access early-release features.

    • TripBuilder tour operator — the TripBuilder tour operator this workspace reads from, or Not linked.

Every field here is read-only. Contact your Nezasa representative to update your company name, enrolment status, or TripBuilder link.

Tips and limits

  • Your Company ID is shown in monospace format. Copy it exactly when configuring API clients or connectors.

  • Private preview features may change before general availability.

  • This page is identification only. The settings that change how your workspace behaves live under AI & Data: AI model defaults, Web access, Data access by Nezasa, and Report delivery.
