Company admins only. This page is part of Settings, visible to users with the Company Admin role.
Preview features are capabilities your company can try before they are generally available. Nezasa makes each one available to your company and sets who gets it; this page shows you which ones are on and for whom.
When you'd use this
Check this page to see which preview features your company has and who can use them — for example, whether Inventory Copilot is on for your admins only or for all users. To have a feature turned on, widened, or switched off, contact your Nezasa representative.
Steps
In the Workbench sidebar, click Settings.
Under Preview, click Preview features.
Find the feature you want. Each card shows its name, what it does, how settled it is, and a Learn more link.
Read who gets the feature:
Off — nobody in your company sees or uses it.
Admins only — users with the Company Admin role can use it; other users can't see it.
All users — everyone in your company can use it, including in TripBuilder and through API keys.
Some features only offer Off and on; those show a single switch instead.
The setting is read-only and marked Managed by Nezasa. When Nezasa turns a feature off, or narrows it to admins, open conversations with its agents end for anyone who no longer has access.
Tips and limits
Each feature is independent. Turning one on never turns on another.
Experimental features may still change or be removed. Stabilizing features are on their way to general availability.
While a feature is off for someone, its agents, skills, and connectors are hidden from them in the catalogue and can't be run by them — including from scheduled reports, which pause and stay paused until someone resumes them.
When no feature is in preview for your company, the page says so. New preview features appear here once Nezasa makes them available to your company.
Available preview features
Inventory Copilot — helps you improve your TripBuilder inventory with a before/after comparison you confirm before anything is saved. It works on one area description or custom-area name at a time; bulk changes across areas aren't supported yet.
