Passolution is a travel-intelligence provider: live travel events and alerts (Global Travel Monitor) plus entry, visa, and health regulations for any destination and traveller nationality. In TAI, this integration powers the built-in Passolution Agent.
How it works
Two built-in connectors link TAI to Passolution:
Passolution Global Travel Monitor — live travel advisories, security alerts, and disruption events for any destination. Included free for all companies through the end of 2026; terms beyond that are still being finalised.
Passolution Travel Regulations — entry documents, visa and transit-visa rules, and vaccination requirements by destination and traveller nationality. While the Passolution Agent is in its preview phase, these lookups are included via a Nezasa-provided Passolution account. Once the agent becomes generally available, your company needs its own Passolution access token to keep using them — a company admin adds it once in the Workbench under Settings → Credentials (see Credentials).
There is nothing else to set up: the connectors are provisioned and operated by Nezasa, and everything is used through the Passolution Agent.
