Sample itineraries

No real booking on hand? Itinerary Checker ships with ready-made sample itineraries you can run instead — so you can try the agent, or show a colleague how it works, without a TripBuilder booking or data you put together yourself.

The Sample Itineraries skill's detail page in the Skills catalogue

When you'd use this

  • You want to see what an Itinerary Checker report looks like before pointing it at a real booking.

  • You're demoing the product and don't want to expose a real customer's data.

  • You're writing your own custom agent and want a realistic itinerary to test it against.

Steps

Ask for a sample

  1. Open a chat with Itinerary Checker (or any agent equipped with the Sample Itineraries skill).

  2. Ask for a sample, demo, or example itinerary — for example, "run a sample itinerary" or "check the Vancouver sample." You can also name a sample id directly if you know it, e.g. TAIDEMO-VANCOUVER.

  3. The agent picks the matching sample, tells you which one it's using, and checks it exactly as it would a real booking.

What it covers

TAIDEMO-VANCOUVER

A 15-day family trip through Iceland, Seattle and British Columbia — flights, a one-way rental car driven across the US/Canada border, timed ferry crossings with vehicle check-in cutoffs, a Whistler day tour with a fixed pickup time, and mixed-nationality travelers.

TAIDEMO-AEGEAN-CONNECTION

A short two-leg European connection with a tight same-day transfer.

TAIDEMO-CANCELLED-LEG

A short booked Zürich–London–New York trip where every service carries its own booking status — including a cancelled transfer, a cancelled flight that was rebooked, and a cancelled return.

TAIDEMO-NEWYORK-BOOKED

A 6-day booked London–New York city break — nonstop flights both ways, full traveler documents, a meet-and-greet airport transfer and generous transfer timing. Deliberately straightforward, with nothing built in to go wrong, so you can see what a check looks like on a healthy booking.

TAIDEMO-NEWYORK-PLANNING

The same 6-day London–New York city break at the quote stage — nothing booked or confirmed yet. Run it beside the booked version to see how the checks change with the booking stage.

TAIDEMO-CAPETOWN-VIA-LONDON

A 7-day booked Zürich–Cape Town trip that changes planes at London Heathrow in both directions, with travelers on Swiss and Indian passports — so entry and transit requirements differ per traveler.

TAIDEMO-ITALY

A 14-day round trip through Italy still being planned — flights from Zürich to Rome and back, a rental car for the whole loop, hotels in Rome, Florence, near Bologna and in Venice, guided tours and lunches. Nothing is booked yet and no traveler details are on file, so you can see how the checks read a trip at the planning stage.

The library grows over time — ask the agent which samples are currently available if you're not sure.

Tips and limits

  • Every response built from a sample says so plainly — a sample is never presented as if it were a real booking, and any report you generate from one carries the same notice.

  • Samples are read-only reference data managed by Nezasa; you can't edit or add your own.

  • Any custom agent can use this library too — attach the Sample Itineraries skill to it from the Skills field on the agent's General tab.
