Choose which of TAI's recurring emails you receive — the release notes summary and the scheduled reports digest — from My account.
When you'd use this
Use this when one of TAI's recurring emails isn't useful to you and you want to stop receiving it, without missing anything that actually needs your attention. Turning a preference off only affects that one recurring email — it never touches operational mail like password resets or the reports your own schedules deliver.
Steps
Click your avatar in the top-right corner to open My account.
Scroll down to Notifications.
Use the Release notes email control to choose how often you hear about new releases: Off (no release-notes email at all), Feature releases (the default — one email after each major or minor release), or All releases (also includes the smaller maintenance updates in between). Every email includes only the changes visible to you, with a link to the full release notes.
Use the Scheduled reports digest toggle to turn the monthly reminder on or off. When it's on and you own at least one active scheduled report, you get a summary of what's running under your name each month.
Changes save as soon as you make them — there's no separate save button.
Tips and limits
The scheduled reports digest defaults to on; the release notes email defaults to Feature releases. Whatever you choose is remembered until you change it again.
If your account was created after a release went out, you won't receive that release's email — the in-app release notes already show you everything from before you joined.
Changing your level applies from the next release onwards. Switching to All releases won't email you the maintenance updates that already went out — they're in the in-app release notes, same as always.
Turning a preference off (or choosing Off) stops only that recurring email — you'll still receive every other TAI email, including password resets, invitations, and the reports your own scheduled deliveries send you.
Feature releases covers the notable, major-or-minor releases. Smaller maintenance updates in between don't email you at that level — they'd fill your inbox without telling you much — but they still appear in the in-app release notes. Choose All releases if you'd rather hear about every one of them by email too.
The release notes email links back to the full release notes in TAI, so you can always catch up even if you've turned the email off.
Both emails carry a Manage email preferences link in their footer, so you can reach these settings straight from your inbox.
