Email notifications

Choose which of TAI's recurring emails you receive — the release notes summary and the scheduled reports digest — from My account.

The Notifications card in My account, with the Release notes email and Scheduled reports digest toggles both switched on, and a note that operational emails like password resets are unaffected

When you'd use this

Use this when one of TAI's recurring emails isn't useful to you and you want to stop receiving it, without missing anything that actually needs your attention. Turning a preference off only affects that one recurring email — it never touches operational mail like password resets or the reports your own schedules deliver.

Steps

  1. Click your avatar in the top-right corner to open My account.

  2. Scroll down to Notifications.

  3. Use the Release notes email toggle to turn the periodic "what's new in TAI" summary on or off. When it's on, you get a short email after each release that includes changes visible to you, with a link to the full release notes.

  4. Use the Scheduled reports digest toggle to turn the monthly reminder on or off. When it's on and you own at least one active scheduled report, you get a summary of what's running under your name each month.

  5. Changes save as soon as you toggle them — there's no separate save button.

Tips and limits

  • Both settings default to on. Turning one off is remembered until you turn it back on.

  • If your account was created after a release went out, you won't receive that release's email — the in-app release notes already show you everything from before you joined.

  • Turning a preference off stops only that recurring email — you'll still receive every other TAI email, including password resets, invitations, and the reports your own scheduled deliveries send you.

  • The release notes email links back to the full release notes in TAI, so you can always catch up even if you've turned the email off.

  • Both emails carry a Manage email preferences link in their footer, so you can reach these toggles straight from your inbox.

  • The scheduled reports digest only ever lists reports you own; see Scheduling reports for what "owns" means and how to change it.
