Product tours: a guided walk through the Workbench, at your own pace

New Feature.

New to TAI? The Introduction product tour shows you around: the dashboard and sidebar, agents, skills and connectors, creating your own agent, and where to get help.

  • A short card asks first: Start, Remind me later or No thanks.

  • Company admins also get Knowledge and Connector Builder, which walk you through setting each one up.

  • Take or retake any of them from Help → Product tours, or from the ⌘K / Ctrl+K search.

Animation of the Introduction product tour's first three steps: 'Your dashboard' highlights the dashboard, 'Your sidebar' the sidebar, and 'Agents' the Agents item with 'Click the highlighted item, or Next', each popover showing its step number and Back and Next buttons.

Card titled 'Welcome to TAI', marked 'Product tour · 15 steps · about 5 minutes', listing what it covers, with 'No thanks', 'Remind me later' and 'Start' buttons and the hint 'Start it any time from Help → Product tours'.

Knowledge: answers now show the screenshots from your articles

New Feature.

When an agent answers from knowledge that carries a screenshot or an animated GIF, it can now show that picture right where it explains the step — not just the text around it.

  • Pictures fit the chat window; click one (or press Enter on it) to see it full size.

  • The agent only shows a picture from an article it cites, and leaves it out when it isn't sure it matches.

  • A picture that can't be loaded shows its description instead of a broken box.

TAI Assistant: ask what any agent, skill or connector you can open does

New Feature.

Ask the TAI Assistant which skill reads your bookings, which connector gives you a kind of data, or which agents use a skill. It looks up the agents, skills and connectors you can open yourself, and says for each whether it's company-owned or a Nezasa built-in.

For a Nezasa built-in it explains what it does, not its prompt or content. Learn more

Press ⌘K to find any page, guide or agent — or ask the TAI Assistant

Major New Feature.

Help is now one keystroke away. Press ⌘K on a Mac, or Ctrl+K on Windows and Linux, on any Workbench page and type what you're looking for.

  • Ask the TAI Assistant, free. The first row sends your question to the TAI Assistant in a new chat. New chats with it no longer use your credits.

  • Find the right guide. Matching guides appear as you type, each with a one-line summary, in your language or in English.

  • Jump anywhere. Open a Workbench page by name, or the agents, skills, knowledge and connectors you can see, best matches first. Chat starts a conversation with an agent; See all opens the full list with your search applied.

  • Help in the sidebar. Help, at the bottom of the sidebar, opens the TAI Assistant, the documentation or a product tour.

  • Docs organised by task. The Docs home and sidebar group every guide into six categories, from Get started to Developers.

Command palette with 'analytics' typed: 'Ask TAI Assistant: analytics' sits on top, then results grouped under 'Go to', 'Docs', 'Agents', 'Skills' and 'Connectors', with 'Chat' and 'Open' buttons beside the TripBuilder Ops & BI Agent.

One search for pages, guides, agents, skills and connectors, with the TAI Assistant on top.

Sidebar with the 'Help' item highlighted and its pop-up menu open, offering 'Ask the TAI Assistant' with the ⌘K shortcut, 'Documentation' with an external-link arrow, and a 'Product tours' section listing 'Introduction' and 'All product tours'.

The Help menu, opened from the bottom of the sidebar.

REST API: download a typed OpenAPI spec for each agent's contract

New Feature. Only Company Admins.

Each published contract version of an agent's REST API now comes as an OpenAPI 3.1 document, with the agent's input parameters and its answer typed from the contract — enums included.

  • In the Workbench: click Download OpenAPI on the agent's Test API tab for the selected version.

  • From code: GET /api/v1/agents/invoke/openapi?agent=<agent ID>&contract_version=<n>, as JSON or YAML.

Import it into Postman or generate a typed client from it. Learn more: Agent REST API.

The Test API tab of the Travel Season Recommender agent after a run, with the Download OpenAPI button in the Integration details box.

The agent's Test API tab: Download OpenAPI under Integration details saves the selected contract version as an OpenAPI 3.1 file.

Ops & BI Agent now names the commission rule behind each booked service

New Feature.

Ask the TripBuilder Ops & BI Agent which commission rule applied to a booking and it answers per service: the commission category, the rate, the amount and the rule with its revision. Adjusted amounts show both values. Where a commission was recorded before TripBuilder stored its rule, the agent says the rule was not recorded instead of guessing one. Other agents with the Cockpit API — Customer Care skill, such as the Itinerary Checker and Traveller Locator, answer the same way. Commission totals from the data warehouse are unchanged.

Chat answer about which commission rule applied to a booking: a 'Commission rule applied' table with 'Service', 'Rule', 'Revision', 'Commission category', 'Rate' and 'Commission' columns for one hotel at 15%, then explanatory bullets and an 'Open in cockpit' link.

Per service, the agent names the commission rule and its revision, the category and the rate.

Ops & BI Agent: break TripBuilder commission down by category and rate

Improvement.

Across your bookings, the TripBuilder Ops & BI Agent can now break agency commission down per service — by commission category, applied rate, supplier or service type — from the TripBuilder data warehouse. Each service's commission stays in its own currency, next to the rate and category recorded on the booking or its latest change, for bookings made or changed since January 29, 2025. Period totals in euros work as before.

Traveller Locator: says when a traveller is at their booked hotel

Improvement.

The destination sweep now tells you how precise each night's location is:

  • Sleeps at booked hotel — the trip books one hotel for that night, and the location is that hotel.

  • Sleeps near the area centre — the trip places the night at the centre of the area it was booked under, not at a specific hotel; where the trip records it, its hotel search reaches no more than 25 km from there.

  • Sleeps in the area — the night is only known to be somewhere in the area, for example at a tour's overnight place or where a connection arrives.

Ask the agent how precise a location is and it answers from this. When it suggests a city to narrow the search, it now picks one from your results instead of an unrelated example.

Billing: from November, background work on faster models costs fewer credits

Improvement. Only Company Admins.

Some of an agent's work runs on a faster, lower-cost model — for example, summarising a long conversation so it can keep going. From 1 November 2026 that work is charged at that model's own rate rather than the agent's, so long conversations can cost fewer credits. Work that runs on a more capable model than the agent's is likewise charged at that model's own, higher rate. An agent's own work is still charged at its own model's rate, and conversations started before 1 November keep their current pricing. Learn more.

Audit Logs: open an entry to see what changed, before and after

Improvement. Only Company Admins.

Click an entry's action to open it. Where the entry recorded the old and new values, Changes lists each changed field with its value before and after. Other recorded values show under Details, and User agent shows the client that made the request. Learn more.

Audit Logs page with the 'SESSION_CREDIT_LIMIT_UPDATED' entry opened below its row; a 'Changes' table with columns 'Field', 'Before' and 'After' lists 'limit_credits' changing from 25 to 50.

An opened entry: the changed field with its value before and after.

Agents: see the connectors and collections your skills add

Improvement.

  • Add a skill to an agent and the connectors and collections it needs appear right away under the agent's Connectors and Collections fields, listed as Added by your skills — hover one to see which skill added it. Remove the skill and they go, unless another skill still needs them.

  • What you see is what the saved agent really uses — the same on a built-in agent's page, and in a connector's Used By list.

Learn more in Using skills.

TAI Assistant: free chats no longer show a credit figure

Improvement.

The TAI Assistant is free, so its chats no longer show Credits. The Billing Center still lists everything it consumed. Learn more.

Traveller Locator: places travellers at their booked hotel

Improvement.

A night at a booked hotel is now located at the hotel itself, not at the centre of the area it was booked under, so searches around a city or place are more precise:

  • A hotel outside its area now shows up in searches drawn around the hotel.

  • A hotel on the edge of town can drop out of a tight radius search that the wider area used to catch.

Nights with rooms at two hotels, or no hotel booked, still use the area.

Traveller Locator: faster first list, and a mistyped agency is caught

Improvement.

The first list of who is in an area now comes from one ready-made search instead of a query the agent writes itself, so it arrives sooner and sorts the same question into the same groups every time. If you name an agency that doesn't exist or is misspelled, it now says so instead of reporting nobody there.

TAI Assistant: now free to use — its chats cost you nothing

Improvement.

Chatting with the TAI Assistant no longer uses billable credits, for everyone in your company.

  • Its usage still appears in the Billing Center as Included, with a TAI helper discount badge, so you see the value you got.

  • In chats started since it became free, it keeps answering when a credit budget's hard stop blocks other work.

  • Each chat's session limit still applies.

Search shows the best matches first, however old the entry

Improvement.

The Agents, Skills, Knowledge and Connectors lists, sorted by relevance, now put the closest match on top — even when many newer entries match more loosely.

TripBuilder Data Warehouse: booking prices now in the currency you sold them in

Improvement.

  • Booking sales prices, cancellation fees and price changes in reports and analytics answers now come in each booking's own currency — when all of a GBP operator's bookings are in pounds, it sees pounds, not euros.

  • Where an answer spans several currencies — common for component and supplier prices, which are often in the supplier's currency — you get one figure converted at a monthly market rate and labelled as such, never a sum that mixes currencies. Ask for a per-currency split and you get that instead.

  • Conversions are available into EUR, GBP, CHF and USD only: booking totals to EUR, GBP, CHF or USD; component, margin, cancellation-fee and price-change figures to EUR. Bookings sold in any other currency show as sold when an answer is all in that currency. Where a converted figure has to leave bookings out for lack of an exchange rate, the answer says so and gives their total in the currency they were sold in.

The support chat button no longer covers Save, Create, Activate or Next

Fix.

Every page now ends above the support chat button, so its last controls stay clickable: Next under a list, Save and Create at the bottom of a form, and Activate in the Connector Builder.

Chats: a failed reply states its reason once, not twice

Fix.

A reply that ends with the reason it failed is now marked incomplete right away, and the error banner below no longer repeats that reason.

Chats: links to an agent you can't use now open the agent picker

Fix.

A chat link to an agent your role isn't allowed to run used to open that agent and fail on your first message. It now opens the agent picker with a short notice, so you can pick one you can use.

Traveller Locator: failed booking lookups are shown as failed, with a retry

Fix.

Bookings the detail pass could not look up now appear in their own "Lookup failed" list with the reason, instead of as "not yet checked". Reply retry to try them again. See the Traveller Locator guide.
